About NovelHub Translate

AI-Powered Novel Translation for Readers Who Refuse to Wait

You found a novel with thousands of chapters, glowing reviews, and a premise you cannot stop thinking about — but it is in Chinese. NovelHub Translate bridges that gap, so the next chapter is always within reach.

Chinese → EnglishFiction-aware AIReader-first workflow

Why We Built This

The Chinese web novel ecosystem is enormous — millions of stories across cultivation, romance, danmei, fantasy, sci-fi, and more. But for English readers, access has always been fragmented. Fan translations move slowly, official licenses cover only a fraction, and raw machine translation rarely feels like real reading.

We built NovelHub because we were those readers: refreshing tabs, stitching together inconsistent terms, and losing momentum every time character names changed between chapters. Great stories were there, but the experience of reaching them was broken.

NovelHub Translate is our answer — a platform purpose-built for fiction, where translation quality, terminology consistency, and a focused reading experience matter as much as raw speed.

How It Works

A simple workflow on the surface, with the heavy lifting handled by NovelHub behind the scenes.

1

Install the Extension

Install the NovelHub Translate Chrome extension. It runs quietly in the background so imports can pull clean chapter content from supported source sites.

2

Import Your Novel

Paste a novel URL from a supported site like JJWXC or Qidian into your dashboard. NovelHub handles the scraping workflow behind the scenes.

3

Translate with NoveLM

Select chapters and start translation. NoveLM keeps story context, applies terminology memory, and streams output as each chapter is generated.

4

Read, Refine, Export

Read in a distraction-free reader with adjustable typography and theme controls. Higher plans unlock glossary editing and export-ready workflows.

What Makes Us Different

NovelHub is not a generic translation wrapper. The product is built around the messy, long-form, terminology-heavy reality of serialized fiction.

NoveLM

Fiction-first translation engine

NovelHub is tuned for stories, not generic business text. The system tracks narrative context so character voice, scene flow, and recurring terms stay coherent across long arcs.

Terminology

Consistency that survives thousands of chapters

Named entities, cultivation techniques, places, and titles are recognized and carried forward instead of drifting from chapter to chapter like raw machine translation.

Quality

Automatic scoring and feedback loops

Each translation is scored so weak chapters surface quickly. That lets readers review edge cases while the system keeps improving over time.

Workflow

Built for long-form reading, not demos

Batch translation, project-based organization, synced reading progress, and reader settings are designed for people following novels with hundreds or thousands of chapters.

Streaming

Results arrive while you are still waiting

NovelHub streams translated content in real time, so you can start reading before an entire chapter batch has finished processing.

Reader UX

A cleaner place to actually read

The product does not stop at translation. Reader controls for width, type size, line height, and theme make the output feel like a reading app instead of an admin tool.

Supported Sites

NovelHub currently focuses on Chinese web novels translated into English, with more source platforms and future language support on the roadmap.

Under the Hood

The product stack keeps changing as NovelHub improves, but the goal stays the same: better quality, lower friction, and a reading experience that feels dependable.

Modern web stack, single-product focus

The current platform runs on Next.js App Router with a Hono API inside the same app shell, so landing pages, authenticated dashboards, and API routes stay fast and coherent under one deployment model.

Translation pipeline designed for fiction

NoveLM combines context-aware translation, named entity recognition, terminology management, streaming delivery, and automatic quality scoring to handle the messy realities of serialized fiction.

Cloud-native infrastructure for long reading sessions

Data lives in PostgreSQL with Drizzle-managed schemas, layered caching uses Redis, and background workflows run through QStash-based pipelines so imports and batch translations stay responsive.

Simple, Credit-Based Pricing
