Plans, Pricing, and Credit Limits
NovelHub Translate offers three subscription plans. All plans include access to the core translation engine, reader, and unlimited projects — there are no restrictions on how many novels you can add. Credits are the only limit.
TL;DR — Free: 1,000 credits/mo · Starter $4.99: 10,000 credits/mo + batch · Pro $14.99: 50,000 credits/mo + export. All plans have unlimited projects.

Credits
Credits are the currency for translations. Each chapter translation costs a number of credits based on the chapter's length — longer chapters use more credits.
Credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.
Free plan
The Free plan is a great way to try NovelHub:
- 1,000 credits per month. Enough to translate several chapters, depending on length.
- Single chapter translation. Translate one chapter at a time.
- Full reader access. All reading customization features.
- Terminology viewing — Browse and search extracted terminology entries
No credit card required to start.
Starter plan — $4.99/month
For regular readers who want more capacity:
- 10,000 credits per month. Significantly more translation capacity.
- Batch translation. Translate multiple chapters at once.
- Priority support. Get help faster when you need it.
- Everything in Free
Pro plan — $14.99/month
For power users and dedicated translators:
- 50,000 credits per month. High-volume translation.
- Full book upload (Coming Soon). Import entire novels at once.
- Terminology tools (Coming Soon). Expanded manual glossary controls are still in progress.
- Export. Download translations as TXT or EPUB files.
- Priority support. Get help faster when you need it.
- Everything in Starter
Credit Pack — $1.99 (one-time)
Need more credits without upgrading? Credit Packs are available on any plan:
- 2,000 credits per pack — purchase as many as you need.
- Credits never expire — they remain in your account until used.
- Stackable — combine with your monthly plan credits.
Credit Pack credits are separate from your monthly allowance and are consumed only after your monthly credits run out.
Managing your subscription
View and manage your subscription in Settings → Subscription.
From there you can:
- View your current plan and billing cycle
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan
- View payment history
- Cancel your subscription
Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Billing
NovelHub uses Stripe for payment processing. We accept major credit and debit cards.
Your subscription renews automatically each month. You can cancel anytime — your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
